Sandy Mint sits in Villa Segunda — one of Pensacola Beach’s quieter neighborhoods. Close enough to walk to sugar-white sand and emerald water. Far enough from the boardwalk to actually unwind.

Inside, we made choices we’d notice if a hotel made them. White-oak style cabinetry. Quartzite counters. A custom upstairs coffee bar with a built-in beverage cooler. Tiled walk-in showers and brass fixtures. The kind of details that make a four-bedroom rental feel like a place you’d photograph, not just sleep in.
